Brian is founder of SearchParty LLC and a veteran executive search consultant. After years of service at some of the leading search firms in the world, including Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry, Brian decided to establish a firm that is dedicated to enriching business by building diverse leadership teams.  Brian has partnered with a myriad consumer organizations including Choice Hotels, Great Wolf Resorts, SC Johnson, LEGO, Payless Shoes, IHG, Fender, and Beam Suntory. Brian is an alumnus of Gettysburg College and holders a masters degree from the University of Illinois.

Brian lives in Chicago with his partner of 12 years, Liz,  and their Cairn Terrier, Winston.
