Brian McCarthy || Managing Partner

Brian is Managing Partner & Founder of Search Party and a veteran executive search consultant. After years of service at some of the leading search firms in the world, including Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry (where he lead the Travel, Hospitality and Leisure practice for the Professional Search Division), Brian decided to establish a firm that is dedicated to enriching businesses by building highly successful, diverse leadership teams.  Brian has partnered with a myriad of amazing companies in travel, hospitality, & leisure space including IHG, Choice Hotels, Major Food Group, Under Canvas, Toms King, Pacific Bells, Holland America Line, Great Wolf Resorts, MSC Cruises, Radisson Hotel Group, and many (many) more. Brian is an alumnus of Gettysburg College and holds a masters degree from the University of Illinois.

Brian lives in Chicago with his partner of more than 12 years, Liz, and their cairn terrier, Winston.
